ULX Experience - I am currently a dev on a server and use ULX everytime i am on the server, so i know a lot about it.
Why you should be staff -  

I want to be a staff, because I want to make a difference. I want players, to get the help they need, in a couple of seconds. I have experienced, to many times, calling for a staff member, and no respond is anywhere to get.  I really love to help people; I just love the feeling in general, when you help people. It is just the best thing ever. I also want to be a staff, because of the nice staff community; I have experienced previous times as a staff member. I have had great times there, which is a big part of why I am re-applying. Another reason, for that I want it on this specific server, is the fact that sometimes, it really feels like they could needs more staff, or just less lazy ones. I am not saying this is many of the staff, and I am not going to point out any specific staffs.

What are your roles as staff -

As a staff member i play the role of helping the server keep free of rule breakers and keeping a generally nice environment for everyone to RP in. I love helping out and i love doing admin sits so i think that is quite a good thing to look for when hiring staff. Staff also have to keep everyone happy and try to keep the amount for rule breakers down to a minimum by reporting to sits as fast as the can.
