DENIED - We have too many staff, I will revisit this application when we need staff

ULX Experience: "Kommt nicht rein! Der kuchen is eine Lüge" German server (darkrp) I was super admin there but the guy couldnt afford it no more. I was staff there for 1 year
"Zadrakos Gaming" (darkrp) I was admin there for about 5 months then he didnt like spending money on a server anymore
Staff member recommendations: none that I'd know of
How long can you be on: 2-5 hours a day; Weekend: 2-6; and yes, everyday
Game Time: almost 8 hrs
Role as staff:
to make everyone stick to the rules so we can all have fun in rp. To assist players in need and to be there for them when they need me.
I will of course stick to the rules myself and stop disrespect (I hate disrespect the most tbh) help the server to keep on going, I will try to bring players here and tell my co-workers about problems I need help with and help them aswell

And yeah I know I did some dumb shit and I apologize for it but I hope the person reading this believes in second chances
